    Good Stuff!!

Finn (formerly "Goldfinch") and I met and matched through Muttville about a month ago. The amazing folks at Muttville sent him to his furever home with lots of goodies including Flora and Frolic. Finn has turned out to be the perfect pooch for me! He is healthy, well mannered and adorable. Although he has some anxiety, we're working on that and expect some positive results!
Since he is a healthy guy, I chose to keep him on your supplements. Who can't use a good probiotic and a little joint support, right?
We are very happy with these products. Reasonably priced, easily given and full of good stuff! Thank you.

Frolic has really helped my senior pup!

As a recent senior dog adopter, we have been giving our pup this supplement and noticed that she has been able to be more active than compared to when we first got her. Highly recommend!

    Frolic

Received this when we adopted our very senior poodle mix from Muttville SF and we continued to give it to her. She has not had any trouble with it and she is still very active. Very happy with Frolic. We won't use anything else.

    Frolic Supplement

Totally helps my dogs joints she’s 12 & runs around like she’s a pup. I break them down as well & add to her food. It’s great to see her frolic around more than I can. :)

    Easy Supplement

Been feeding my corgi these supplements for about a month now and he eats them with his food without hesitation. I was worried that he wouldn’t eat them since they were a different texture from his food, but after breaking them into quarters he didn’t even know they were there.

    Degenerative joint disease (DJD)

One of the most common causes of pain in animals, DJD is due to chronic wear and tear on the joints resulting in loss of the joint’s protective cartilage “cushion”. There are a number of causes that can contribute to DJD -- including trauma, genetics, conformation and nutrition -- and successful treatment likewise requires more than one approach.

    DR. KATE MEZAN’S Consultation Notes

Once DJD is suspected, there are a number of steps you can take to help protect your pet’s joints and ensure as many happy years of pain-free mobility together.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY DOG HAS DJD?With their natural exuberance and eagerness to please, it can be difficult to recognize when a pet is in pain. DJD is often subtle, with owners first noticing that their pet just seems to be “slowing down”. Specific signs to watch for include:

✓Increased difficulty getting up or laying down

✓Limping, especially just after getting up

✓Reluctance to jump up or down from previously well-loved furniture

✓Less enthusiasm for play sessions, walks or games of fetch

    ✓Irritability in a previously good-natured animal

    Take it especially when...

When supplements are not enough, your veterinarian will likely recommend adding a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) or other pain medication to your pet’s treatment regimen. These can either be used as needed or on a daily basis, depending on your pet’s degree of discomfort.

    Most common signs for DJD:

Increased difficulty getting up or laying down or limping, especially just after getting up

Less enthusiasm for play sessions, walks or games of fetch
